You may be used to dialing the 1-800 number to get help with complicated electronics, but satellite TV in Arizona is designed with the customer in mind. 5. Press the POUND (#) button to save the code in your remote.
6. Press POWER to turn the device on again. Test out other buttons on your remote to see if the programming worked. Sometimes, the POWER button will work, but others won’t.
